Safety Training: Makita conducts safety seminars to take care of client's working environment and safety parameters. We emphasize on the right usage and selection criteria of power tools for various applications, during the training programme.
Sales Training: For our dealer sales force, we provide the facility to impart training on enhancing selling skills.
Service Training: Periodic trainings are conducted for internal and external technical staff at our Al Quoz Makita center.
We have an excellent service network across U.A.E. Our service centers are located in Deira, Sharjah, Alain, Abu Dhabi & Al Quoz.
Warranty Policy:
Makita offers ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Every Makita tool is thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. It is warranteed to be free of defects from materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Should any trouble arise (even minor troubles like abnormal noise, excess sparking etc) immediately stop the tool and return the tool with warranty card to your nearest Makita service center. If inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective material or workmanship, the tool will be repaired free of cost.
If the tool is brought after damaging more than three mechanical/electrical
parts, warranty will not be entertained.
The warranty does not apply in conditions where:
- The tool is not accompanied by warranty card duly filled up, signed and stamped by the dealer.
- If not registered at the time of purchase.
- If repairs were attempted by an unauthorized person.
- Normal wear and tear parts like carbon brushes, sponge rubber, chucks, etc. are not covered in the warranty.
- If proper accessories are not used (blunt end of saw blade teeth, oversized bits etc).
- The tool has been misused, abused or improperly maintained.
- Alterations have been made to the tool.
Main spare parts like armature and stator will not be replaced more than once under warranty.
In no event Makita shall be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages from the sale of the product.
